Have you ever lost your wallet, or are you worried about
losing your wallet? Have you ever
wondered if your wallet has been stolen, or if you just lost it somewhere in
your house? If so, SafeCard will solve
all these problems. Safecard is a tracker that looks identical to a credit
card. If your wallet is stolen, the
thief will not be able to tell the difference between the card and a tracker,
and will not know to discard of it. Most credit card’s recently have included
micro chips, where the tracker will be located.
Want to switch wallets? No problem, the tracker can easily slide out of
your wallet and into your new one. If
the thief tries to use this credit card, it will simply be denied. When first
looking for your wallet, you may feel the urge to call your bank and quickly
report your credit cards stolen. What if
you’re unsure if your wallet is stolen or simply lost somewhere in your car or
your house? Canceling your credit cards
would be so unfortunate if you realize a few minutes later that your wallet was
not stolen, just misplaced. Also, not
canceling your credit cards because you thought your wallet was lost in your
house would be even worse if it was actually stolen. There are enough problems
and circumstances to worry about in life, why worry about losing your wallet
when there is a simple solution to knowing it’s whereabouts at all times.
This is going to help so many issues on stolen identity problems. And I totally agree about why having to worry about losing your wallet. We all have so many things going on that having our wallet stolen could be the tip of the iceberg. However, what do you do if the thief uses your real credit card before if uses the SafeCard. If there is an assignment about expanding this idea you should explain more on what SafeCard actually is now that you have explained how it works.
ReplyDeleteHey Cassie,
ReplyDeleteGreat job! I really liked your pitch and I think it can be a successful idea. With the amount of digital card services and such, security is a growing problem in terms of keeping your payment records private. I think this is an efficient way to deter thieves because thieves won't be able to tell if it is a real card or not.
